The railroad comes through Corinna - 1866

The coming of the railroad caused great change in the town. Until the mid 1800’s Morse’s Corner was the main village and center of business in Corinna. The present village was then called Moore’s Mills. In 1866, when the railroad was built through Moore’s Mills, the center of business moved to the present village.
