In 1999-2000 the entire Main Street of Corinna, Maine was demolished to make way for the EPA cleanup of the contaminated Eastland Woolen Mill Superfund Site. Memorial Day

In towns and cities across America people gather to remember those who fought and died for our freedom. We should keep our gratitude for their sacrifice in our hearts each day and pledge to live up to the standard they set to keep Americans free from tyranny.

Ten Years Later

Ten years ago this was the site of the Eastland Woolen Mill in Corinna. Now all signs of the mill are gone. Most of the site is now pleasant green space. There is a new road and empty lots just waiting for some development.
