Comment: My mom forwarded your web site to me so I could keep up on the happenings in
Corinna. Thanks for taking the time to share these events with us. It will seem strange to round the bend coming north on Rte. 7 and not have the mill welcoming you to town. I especially enjoyed the photos of the "attic" in the town hall. I have tried unsuccessfully to
explain the "attic" to my husband and these pictures will maybe make some sense of my ramblings! As a child the town clock always fascinated me and I enjoyed listening to the "dong, dong" as it rang out the time. When my dad occasionally substituted for the custodian, who wound the clock, I was right behind him; climbing those ladders, turning the crank, and watching the crate of stones slowly ascend to the top. As a 6 or 7 year old, it was important stuff!! Now when visiting home, I miss hearing the clock chime on each hour. Thank God for memories and people like yourself who help keep the past alive!

Great site. I was brought up in Corinna and had a lot of fun when you were teaching swimming lessons. See some folks just never forget. Keep up the good work.

Comment: You've created a wonderful site, and I visit it often. I don't get to Corinna as
much as I'd like, so it's wonderful to be able to keep up with all the progress in town. Thanks so much for all your hard work.

Comment: Great Job! David says, you ought to wear some grippers on your boots like Nana
Sawtelle had. We would like to thank you for all of your hard work you have put in to this project and for giving everyone the opportunity to share the continuous events.

Comment: What a great web page! Thanks for the memories of the town I knew as I
grew up. I particularly like the photo of Main St. in December 1972. This is
my fondest memory of Corinna - the way it was before the fire of 1975.
The mill has been a part of so many lives - many of who are gone now and
would be amazed at its fate. Keep the news coming!
